Today there wasn't the normal queue to contend with in the launderette and it looked like I was first one in despite it being mid morning. I only saw one other person - a French man washing his dog blankets. I do find that particularly irritating that people use the launderette to wash out animal bedding. I really don't want my laundry to end up covered in dog hair.
Late morning I ventured out for a walk. Surprisingly there were only a few others about despite the pleasant weather today.
I picked up some information on a local festival, from the Tourist Information, taking place in a few weekends time. We went to it last year and enjoyed the live entertainment on the beach.
Sitting out on the balcony in the afternoon the seagulls were getting noticeably noisier. When I looked to see what the fuss was about there was a hot air balloon drifting nearby. Never seen one in our area before.
With dry weather on the cards tomorrow I'm meeting up with Margaret in the afternoon for a coast path walk. I'll probably keep myself entertained in the morning by a spot of food shopping - milk and alloli (a garlic mayonnaise) are getting a bit low.
