Most of the day has been spent driving up north today. With a route skirting along the Welsh border, past Liverpool and Carlisle I've managed to be in England, Wales and Scotland in one day.
You know you're in Scotland when your main piece of clothing is a cagoule/anorak/mac!! It was been drizzling from the time I left mum and dad's until getting up to Peter and Scott.
Since arriving Peter has been trying out the digeredo that we got them from Australia (YouTube clips are being used for technique advise). Boomerang throwing is going to have to wait until it's dry!
We've also been going through the video clips taken on our trip. We managed to pause Amy just before she went on a zip wire jump filmed by Freddie. It was quite amusing watching their adventure up in the Redwood trees near Rotorua in North Island.
After a very filling dinner (burritos and some rather delicious sides) we had a relaxing evening. With both Peter and Scott taking a few days off we're off exploring the locality tomorrow after visiting the local Polling Station.
