16th February Family Day

After a late night we all gradually surfaced for breakfast after 8.30am. But not before Bridget and Simon had been out to pick fruit and vegetables for the day.

Strawberries for a Pavlova later on in the day. Lettuce, lemons, passion fruit, avocado, courgettes and tomatoes all ripe and ready for picking.

After Ian had sorted out new front tyres for our hire car (don't ask!!) there was a bit of DIY. You know how Ian loves his DIY.

The pool was lovely and refreshing - been in twice today with the great nieces and nephews.

We even managed to get everyone sat still for a family photo!!
