Then we caught the train as far south as we can go on our Leap cards to Greystones. A popular fishing harbour with a grey pebbly beach. We took the 6km coast path walk to Bray for lunch.
Bray is a very touristy coastal town with a harbour - a funfare and loads of holiday makers. Glad we didn't go in the marina there but headed straight to Dun Laoghaire. To give you an idea of what it was like there was a spicy chicken wing eating competition on the beach!
As it was only about 3pm we jumped on the train and headed into Dublin. Taking the tram west to Phoenix Park before heading east across the city to the end of the line at The Point where the River Liffey comes through the city. Lots of Limerick revellers about in the evening as they'd won the national hurling competition.
Dinner out and then back on the train to Anya. Managed to check in on our flight for tomorrow back to Gatwick so fingers crossed it flies out with us on it.
