14 June Summer Fair

Well we had a cracking thunderstorm and light show last night. However, I must've fallen asleep counting the seconds from lightening flashes to thunder rumbles. But at least it cooled the house down.

This morning we supported the local primary school summer fair. Our success at the bottle tombola was pretty impressive. Bottles of shampoo, squash, fizzy orange, sparkling water and exfoliating bath scrub were loaded into the pram basket after our £3 haul. I was quite pleased with the shampoo as we've just run out!

Amy has been busy freezing puréed veggies for baby's taster meals. Sweet potato, peas and prunes all in little spoonful portions.

Tonight it was the turn of purple cauliflower! It must've tasted nice despite the colour as it was quickly consumed.

Anyway more good weather on its way so going to make the most of it this week by trying to get some walks in.
