25 April Market Morning

This morning we took a trip up to New Quay for the market. Not quite on the scale of markets in Spain. It was more like a coffee morning with a few stalls thrown in!

I had hoped the Avon lady would be there with her stall as I fancied a new nail varnish. I've currently got 3 colours that I use in rota which I'm getting a bit bored with. I quite fancy a whacky colour so as she wasn't there I'm going to have to wait until our next trip to Wales for a yellow or bright green. Hopefully in the summer she has a stall next time we visit. Either that or it'll be a colour that's the right price!

With a bit of a dodgy WiFi signal we're having to rely on trips to the OL for our daily dose of answering emails and keeping up to date. On our visit today people were being asked to move their cars as mobile vans were on the move. Staff couldn't guarantee the safety of cars that were on route!! Luckily those that were left were unscathed and mobile vans sited without issue.

Back in the van this evening I've been doing a spot of knitting and embroidery. A few more baby hats made for charity. Just got to get myself a darning needle to sew them up! Tomorrow's trip out I think.
