1st January Another Year Starts

It's a Monday, it's not Christmas Day and there was no rain so it's was off on the Monday walk around the lakes with my walking buddies + an extra. 

Karen was dog sitting so Wally joined us for our walk. A very friendly dog he was very good at investigating every single puddle, dog and bird on our circuits of the lake. He couldn't wait to say hello to everyone.

Luckily he didn't see the swans.

After an enjoyable catch up, my chauffeur (Ian on his way back from his Mum's) picked me up and we mozzied home. Here Amy was on a mission to declutter. So the Christmas decorations have come down, there's a bulging bag to go out for the charity pick up on Wednesday and everything is looking gleaming.

With several sorties into the loft to pack away decorations I've got a feeling that I should be doing a bit of a declutter. It could be a chore for tomorrow afternoon as my morning is already ear marked for a coffee with a friend from work. I'll see if I feel as enthusiastic tomorrow 😄.
