We've enjoyed an active Christmas Eve squeezing a walk in this morning. With Amy and Freddie off to the in laws the rest of us meandered along the river side to Aylesford lock.
They take security very seriously in this neck of the woods.
The local 'yoof' have decorated under the M20 bridge that goes over the footpath along the river. Some pretty impressive art but it doesn't look like Banksy has been here yet.
We took the village route on our way back.
This evening we enjoyed an early evening performance of Wonka at the cinema. Peter was then in charge of the homemade pizzas on our return.
Amy is at work tomorrow (district nursing doesn't stop for the holiday season!) so it's an evening Christmas dinner. Depending on the weather as to what our plans are going to be in the morning. We could get out on a walk to work up an appetite for our roast 🤔.
