A bit of a cool start to the day but by the time we'd walked along the prom to Roses the sun was quite intense. I was getting quite baked as we sat outside enjoying our coffee and cookie.
The sandcastle has managed to keep its shape despite the recent heavy rain.
This afternoon we were meeting up for a mini golf session. 19 of us turned up to have a go at potting a ball in the 18 holes.
Ian was the winner in our group. We all had 7 tries to pot the ball. If not you scored an 8. I managed to do that twice! With Richard in charge of scoring this left Ian, John, Ian and I on potting duty - it was a laugh a minute with our rubbish potting. A really fun evening that started at 5pm and we were still sitting at the 19th hole at 8pm!
We then dropped Richard back at his boat and ended up joining him for a drink. Dinner ended up being eaten at 10pm!
I think we're out on a jolly tomorrow - time for a bit of local exploring.
