14th September Taking it Quiet

After our hectic day yesterday it was time for a quiet day.

A bit of reading and sewing sitting out on the balcony before we walked along the beach front to Roses. The beach is still busy with sunbathers and holiday makers for this time of year. Walking up at the Roses end of the bay we noticed that the parrots are still as noisy as ever, as they carry nesting materials to their nests in the palm trees.

Any ideas? This is the fruit. There were some squashed fruit on the ground and the inside resembles the seeds of a kiwi fruit.

Back after our leisurely walk and lunch we took a dip in the sea. Well I did, whereas Ian went off snorkeling. Then this evening it's been pleasant and warm enough to sit out in until it started to get dark around 8.15pm.

No plans for tomorrow so we'll just see how it goes 😄.
