9th August Sunny Wales

Today we made our way back to the van in Wales. And it's been sunny all day - woohoo!

A fairly straightforward journey via a stop in Aberystwyth to stock up on groceries for the next few weeks. Then on to the van for lunch outside in the blue skies and sunshine 😎.

After a nap (getting used to this) we walked up to the main site for a cuppa and to drop off books in the book swap. As Ian hasn't been here since March it was a chance for him to spot all the changes on our walk.

The local alpacas have been shorn. Looking skinner now their wool has been removed.

As the tide was in we gave the beach route a miss.  However, we should be able to get to New Quay along the sea front tomorrow.
