We took a trip up to the main site in Rolo as there was a threat of showers. The road on the way up was covered with leaves and small branches so there must've been a bit of a blow but we slept through it. As it started to drizzle we stopped for a cuppa and a flick through the papers before walking to New Quay harbour when the sun made an appearance.
We ended up spotting a few dolphins out in the bay (I'd remembered to take the binoculars today) and chatting to a lad on dolphin watch. He'd just started his 2 hour stint surveying dolphin and seal activity as part of the dolphin watch scheme. There generally seems to be someone in a high Viz jacket, sporting a pair of binoculars most days we go there.
This afternoon after a bit of cooking I've been working on my crochet project. Meanwhile Ian went off to watch the rugby up at the owners lounge (our WiFi is a bit too sporadic to watch it in the van). I don't think he was too impressed by the score or some of England's tackling 😬.
Well, tomorrow along with a huge section of the country's population we'll be watching 'the match'. Good luck to the Lionesses!
