An early morning walk as I wanted to take the beach route to New Quay. With low tide at 7.45am I really needed to get through the bit that's rocky before 9.45am to avoid clambering over rocks.

I went and checked out the view from the harbour wall but no dolphin sightings today (or all week!). Then back to the van, after a coffee and a read of the papers, for an early lunch.
I decided that I might as well head back into Cardigan for the second day in a row to collect my new glasses. They were open!
The new varifocals. It was amazing when I first put them on as things are now so much crisper and I can read things that I suppose I'd got used to as being blurry. 🤓 I fully understand what Freddie said recently about things in HD when he got his specs.
Anyway I managed to get around Cardigan and back to the car without mishap. Seem to be getting used to the varifocal aspect of my specs OK and found driving clearer😀.
Back over to Shropshire tomorrow on route to my week dog and chicken sitting.
