With high tide about midday the first walk was totally on the road route and the afternoon one was mostly the beach route. Both involved a stop half way for a cuppa and a read of the Sunday papers in the owners lounge.
The road route goes over a narrow bridge with a stream that goes down to the beach. On the beach route you have to navigate getting over this stream. Sometimes there are rock stepping stones in place but the recent rain fall has moved them on. Today it was shoes off and a wade but with my handy mini towel it was no hassle. In some ways I prefer taking my shoes off because you never know how staple the rocks are. Sometimes your feet slip in the water and you end up with soggy shoes or you look very ungainly doing a balancing act 😅.
Anyway despite some rain expected overnight it looks like another dry day tomorrow. I'm planning to drive to Cardigan in the morning to collect my new glasses and have a bit of a potter about.
