With Amy and Freddie back at work Ian and I enjoyed a chilled morning pottering and getting washing hung out (from yesterday's mammoth session). I headed out for a walk late morning with walking buddy Sarah for few laps around the lakes. With a visit to Tesco on the way back to check out summer clothing - ended up buying a pair of shorts to replace a pair I managed to rip on the boat last week.
Back home I dug out a puzzle I started ages ago and am determined to finish this week.
Dinner tonight was over with Paul, Kate and family. Sausage and herby mash - absolutely delicious 😋. A lovely evening catching up and admiring Kate's fabulous garden.
Looking forward to a day with Amy tomorrow and off to see the Little Mermaid at the cinema.
