3rd June Back to Kent

We had some very odd toilet noises this morning with lots of bubbles, squeaks and smells coming from the loos on the boat 😅. Just as well we were returning it this morning so we all held on!

Ian took the helm and got us back to the boatyard by about 8.30a and then there was a stampede to the loos. It was then all systems go as the fridge was defrosted, oven cleaned and everything spick and span before 9 - some good team work getting everything off and packed in the car.

A trip to Tesco for a few supplies and a stop in Wroxham for a bit of breakfast before we were properly on the road by 10. 

A bit of a shock to the system after enjoying pottering along at 4mph for the past fortnight with lovely views.

We were back just after 2pm and soon made the most of the good weather by cracking on with some gardening, car cleaning and washing.

After our busy afternoon we enjoyed fish and chips from our local chippy - yum! Looking forward to more good weather tomorrow 🌞😎.
