8th May BBQ Lunch

Apologies for the late upload if yesterday's blog. I only found out that it hadn't been uploaded properly when I spoke to Mum and Dad this evening. It seems that if the WiFi connection is a bit dodgy there is occasionally a blip in getting it to load. So you've got 2 to read this morning 😄.

Today we've had a lovely sunny day but the Tremontana is starting to blow up. But at least the wind is warm. So my walk round to pick up baguettes and tomatoes from the supermarket was lovely and warm.

I managed to return just before Richard arrived for our very leisurely lunch (4 hours!!). Well we didn't have anywhere to rush off to and the Pims was going down very well.

Late afternoon we went for a walk along the front and popped into the Bodega to check out peach schnapps and wine prices.

This evening it stayed hot and sunny on the balcony until about 7.45pm. I took the opportunity to sit outside and finish my Inspector Wexford story. Hopefully it's not going to get too windy overnight. Tomorrow we're off to Girona for the day.
