Our main mission today was a supermarket shop to stock up, as Peter wants to cook this week. I'm quite happy for him to take over the cooking mantle.
After we'd stocked up and unloaded we went for a walk along the prom. Peter hasn't visited here for about 6 years so was going back down memory lane.
After lunch, once the suncream had been slathered on, Peter ventured out into the sun - he's not experienced much over the past 4 years up in Scotland 😅.
This evening Peter was making pizza from scratch, making dough with yeast. He had the challenge of having to measure ingredients without the use of scales. We did have a measuring jug and a variety of different sized spoons that were used to sort out amounts in the end.
We had a delicious pizza followed by an evening watching video film of the children when they were small. A very entertaining and fun evening as we recollected our time sailing on Alicia and travelling.
Tomorrow we'll be off to the market early to be back in time to watch the Coronation.
