We put off doing any shopping until tomorrow, so we can stock up on items we can use with Peter. Our regular morning walk took place though. Although we got off to a false start when we had to return to the apartment to drop off a book, leave my hat, get a long sleeved top and my sunglasses. All this because when we got out to the front of the apartment block it was blowing a hoolie and my hat was about to take off. We were also given an English language reading book by one of the girls in the office so thought it easier to take it home rather than carry it along the prom.
On our walk we spotted that some over enthusiastic workmen had managed to puncture the mains water supply. A good flood was starting to build up.
We enjoyed a chilled afternoon in the sunshine with regular updates from Peter as he made the journey from Edinburgh airport to Bristol where he changed for the flight to Girona. After a half delay and a hold up as someone on the flight lost their phone, he arrived by 7.30pm. We timed our arrival at the airport to perfection and picked him up a few minutes after he walked out the front entrance.
A warm drive back with Rolo's roof down and dinner when we got in.
The forecast looks good tomorrow so we'll be busy 😎.
