This morning's walk was along the coast path north of Roses. Parking in the marina we passed the fishermen mending nets before we headed up the hill and turned down by the light house.
We were enjoying the view and just walking into a little cove when our phones started blaring out a horn like sound. I thought it was the UK emergency alarm that you'd probably experienced last Sunday but was delayed in getting to us 😀. It transpires from seeing everyone on the beach scrambling for their phones, the audio and message on our screens that it was the Catalan government's emergency practice so it wasn't just us!
After this little shock to the system we continued on our lovely walk.
We managed over 13,000 steps today so we were justified having a bit of a siesta. A lovely warm afternoon out on the balcony.
Nothing planned as yet for tomorrow but hopefully similar weather as today.
