This morning we decided to ignore the potential rain. After having had a day inside yesterday we needed some fresh air and exercise.
Appropriately decked out in rain coats we braved the threatening rain and took a walk up the prom. As luck would have it we stayed dry on both legs of our journey.
On our outward leg we spotted that what had been the Doctor's surgery and a bicycle hire place has been flattened! It'll be interesting to see what's going into that space and how far they've progressed by the time we return.
With the recent rain fall and then glorious sunshine the plants have started to sprout new bright green leaves.
The blossom is also coming out.
This afternoon we joined the FoTB group for a couple of games bowling. 16 of us bowling - I was the winning lady!!
Afterwards it was back to Santa Margherita to eat in La Bola. Margaret's last meal before she heads to Budapest and onwards on her European travels for the next month. It'll be great to catch up with her to find out about her travels when we return. Chris and Lorraine also joined us making quite an animated meal with lots of wine and conversation 🥂.
