Amy and Freddie were out for the day so I settled down for a relaxing afternoon of binge watching Trigger Point, a bit of domestic activity and sorting stuff for the forthcoming trip to Spain.
This evening I had a catch up with Pauline and Tim. Meeting over at theirs we walked the cross country route to The George and Dragon at Ightham for the evening. Then it was a torch lit walk back taking the road route - the footpath route would've been too riddled with hazards to risk Pauline making that journey. I didn't fancy the night in A&E so it was the sensible option.
We managed to finish our catch up over a coffee and a chocolate digestive back at theirs. At which point we remembered I still had Pauline's jumper that I knitted, what seems like months ago, to give to her. We'll have to sort out another meet in the next week to get it to her before the cold weather sets in 😄. Ian returns tomorrow from his latest sailing adventure 🎉🥳. Not sure how much we can pack in over the next few days but I'm sure we'll try our best.
