This is the bit that you can only walk at low tide to get round to New Quay. A bit of rock scrambling as well as easy sandy bits. We then had a climb up to the Memorial Hall for the Friday market before it closed. Then we walked back down to see if we could see any dolphins.
Waiting for our cuppa to arrive. We were given a handy buzzer thing that lets you know when your coffee is ready for collection.
It might be our last dolphin spotting opportunity this year if we don't return later in the year. We made the most of it but no dolphins again! Not seen them this week but that's just one of those things. My birthday binoculars gave us a good view across the bay.
This afternoon we've packed up the van ready in case we don't get back until next year. Rolo is also loaded ready for our departure in the morning to get Ian to the train station in Carmarthen by 10.30am. It's going to be a bit of driving tomorrow as I'm then driving back to Mum and Dad's for the weekend.
