14 July Walking and Weeding

Today's walk into New Quay was a dry one. Stopping off at the main site to check out exterior van cleaning options (the van is a bit green!) before going to see if the dolphins were in view today.

The harbour wall was very busy today with families crabbing - probably because Aberaeron harbour wall is out of action due to the flood defences work.

Flat calm but no dolphins today.

On the walk across New Quay beach I counted 34 jellyfish! The tide was just going out so they'll probably be more later.

Cei Bach beach didn't have any!

This afternoon I've just about finished the gravel weeding. Just a bit to do under Rolo but I can do that later in the week once I've moved Rolo.

Last night I finished my jumper project. Now I'm on to crocheting ducks for the sailing club's annual Duck Supper. Just got to find a pattern and I'll have something to keep me busy during the footie.
