9 June Intensive Gardening

With Amy at work the rest of us were on a mission to tidy the garden and tackle the driveway.

Ian has continued his work on the bike flower pot holder.

Freddie has removed old tarmac from the driveway and been working on the flower bed areas. I've spent the day weeding - about 7 full bin bags full! We had to do a trip to the tip to get rid of it all as the compost bin was already full to bursting.

Surveying the work done and coming up with a plan for the next stage. I think it involves putting down meshing and some gravel.

Looking shipshape. Fine tuning the old flower beds.

Once the colour of the gravel/slate has been decided the next stage will be to get that laid.

Tomorrow is dental work day. First stage of getting a gap filled 😁.
