We boarded our 'cruise' at the Santa Margarita harbour in drizzle. No sitting on the top deck on our journey to Cadaques.
Despite the drizzle we had a lovely trip to Cadaques, which is north of Roses. There was a bit of excitement when the sea got a bit lumpy and a wave came flooding through the interior deck. Luckily we kept our feet dry.
A novel way to do your shopping. They had bought their fruit and veg and then carried it up the ladder to put in their van.
After lunch we decided on a visit to Castello d'Empuries. Paul was in charge of navigation - the map for our trail didn't necessarily match what was actually there so we had a fun time finding our 21 walking points.
When we were here last week there weren't piles of washing everywhere at the public washing bath! This week it's part of an art trail.
We didn't see this when we visited last week. Our walking trail took us to different parts of the town.
Not so easy in a skirt!
After our tour around Castello d'Empuries we headed back for dinnerand finished our evening with an Escape room game. Certainly got our brains working!
