The objective today was to get across Breydon Water and into the southern Broads network. With advise from the Broads rangers we crossed just after high water to ensure we had enough room under the bridges and a good state of tide. Slack - so we weren't battling any strong tides.
The scenery is very different on the southern Broads as it is mostly reed beds. Not much residential properties. Also not as many moorings but when we did see them there was lots of space in comparison to the northern section.
We stopped motoring about 6pm and have moored along side in Loddon. As we can step off the boat we have the BBQ going for dinner tonight. Amy and Freddie have also gone to explore the village while dinner's cooking 😁.
