Ian has been sorting out train tickets for his upcoming CCF adventures (he's off Sunday morning for 5 weeks helping out in Dartmouth, Lymington and Plymouth as well as having a week dinghy sailing). Amy, Peter and I had a morning in Maidstone.
First stop was for Peter to pop into his old school to say hello to a few people. Then we had a focused 2 hours of shopping, returning unwanted items and checking out prices of items. Back home we had a quick turnaround and all went out for lunch as Freddie had the time off.
This afternoon I've enjoyed another sunny afternoon out in the garden. Just finished an Emma Kavanagh mystery. I recommend this author - an enjoyable book.
Forecast is looking good for tomorrow with a family wedding to look forward to. We have our mini fans, sunglasses and suncream packed. Looking forward to catching up with everyone.
