15th April Quiet Afternoon

Ian headed out sailing this morning in the first cruiser race of the season. He had a mixture of weathers - rain, sunshine, wind and flat calm. The boat he was on had to abandon the race as tides and lack of wind were against them getting but they got back in time to get ashore! All home by dinner time though 😄.

Meanwhile Amy and I did a mini shop for a door mat and collected some new lamps for the lounge. She then headed off to work leaving me to have a quiet afternoon watching a series on Netflix - 'Half Bad' and doing my cross stitch. If you like a witchcraft story you might like this. A bit gory at times but a good story and looks like it's set up for a second series.

Coming along nicely

Not sure what we're up to tomorrow but likely to be sorting ourselves out for our Tuesday departure. Now, how many pairs of shorts should I pack?🤔
