31st March Happy Easter

Well we've all managed to get ourselves on track with few ill effects from our long flight and change in time zones. The hour going forward probably helped.

Anyway another hive of activity with the men concentrating on mowing several lawns (not just the one at home but now providing an out reach service 😀), whilst Amy and I were home based.

Some serious spring cleaning. Oven cleaned and cupboards emptied and sorted.

There's also been a lot of cooking after 9 weeks of not being able to do some serious cuisine. We rustled up a pastryless quiche using a recipe provided by New Zealand Simon. Pretty impressed with our first attempt.

Winnie has also had a spring clean in preparation for Amy's return to work tomorrow. The boot is now organised and decluttered with lots more room available for any more work clutter.

After all the day's action the rest of the evening has been quieter (despite Ian's gentle snoring from the sofa😂). Tomorrow I'm looking forward to my walking buddies lake walk. A lovely chance for a good natter whilst getting in 10k steps.
